- Read the date next to the slot count. A market first seen on the snapshot day can have a handful of openings. A market first seen on the earliest date can still have the longest list.
- The date does not move when the rate changes. Use the low, median, and high on the row. Then read the rate on the shift in the app.
- An older date is not a closed listing. The open-slot column is the current count. The date only says when that city and license joined the board.
